Founding beta

Beta terms of service

These terms explain the ground rules for organisers and guests using the Moment Medley founding beta.

The beta service

Moment Medley lets organisers create private event cameras, invite accountless guest contributions, moderate submissions and release an approved gallery. Beta features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable while it is tested.

Organiser responsibilities

Organisers must use Moment Medley only for events they are entitled to manage, make the privacy information available to guests, moderate the released gallery and respond appropriately to removal requests.

Guest submissions

Guests must submit only lawful event photographs they are entitled to share. They must not upload content that is abusive, deliberately invasive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful or intended to harm another person.

Photograph ownership and permission

Moment Medley does not claim ownership of submitted photographs. Users give us only the limited permission needed to receive, store, display to the organiser, publish when approved, download and delete the content as part of the service.

Limited administrative access

Authorised Moment Medley administrators may access photograph content only where reasonably necessary to provide requested support, investigate misuse, security or safeguarding concerns, fulfil a deletion or rights request, restore the service, or comply with law. This is not permission for routine browsing. Access will be restricted by role and recorded in an audit log.

No secondary use

Moment Medley will not use event photographs for advertising, behavioural profiling or training artificial-intelligence models. We will not sell them. Any materially different use would require updated information and an appropriate legal basis before it began.

Retention and deletion

During the founding beta, event photographs and released gallery copies are automatically deleted 30 days after the event date. Organisers are responsible for downloading photographs they wish to retain before expiry.

External services

Optional social-sharing and print links open third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Moment Medley is not responsible for a guest's or organiser's subsequent use of those services.
