Cookies and device storage
Moment Medley does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or behavioural tracking. We only use the limited storage needed to provide and protect the service.
Essential sign-in and security
After Supabase verifies an organiser's email and password, Moment Medley sets an opaque, HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to seven days. It keeps the organiser securely signed in and cannot be read by page scripts. It is necessary for the requested service and is not used for advertising.
Event and camera preferences
We use first-party device storage to remember the selected event colour theme and the number of exposures shown by this prototype. It remains on that device until it is replaced or cleared in the browser.
Camera permission
Camera access is a browser or device permission, not an advertising cookie. Moment Medley asks for access only when a guest chooses to open the camera, and a photograph is not submitted until the guest keeps it.

Gallery sharing and printing options are plain links to third-party services. Moment Medley does not load their advertising tools on our pages. If you follow a link, the third party's own cookies and privacy policy will apply.
Your choices
You can sign out to end an organiser session and clear Moment Medley site data in your browser settings. Clearing essential storage may sign you out or reset event and camera preferences.
If our approach changes
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking, we will update this page and provide an appropriate consent choice before those technologies are used.
